Because insurance policies vary, please call us and we will be happy to assist you in any of your financial questions. As a courtesy, we will process your insurance claim and provide an estimate of your benefit.
Payment Options
Our office conveniently accepts cash, personal checks, Visa and Master Cards. We also offer payment plan through Carecredit for patients who need more extensive treatments.
Appointment Policy
Your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for you. It is your responsibility to keep your own appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometime require missing an appointment. We request 24 hour prior notice if you cannot keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a CANCELATION FEE for any missed SECOND appointment.
